The festival website is almost going live!
Meaning: you can sign up for all workshops, accommodation, shows, and festival passes on Wednesday 5 February at 17:00 (CET, or Amsterdam time).
About the workshops
We really care about good workshops, so we selected all the ones we would want to take ourselves. (Good luck choosing, friends!)
Don’t miss out on…
- Applying for the International Ensemble: 10 selected players get to work with Chris Mead in a 3-day intensive plus show.
(Yes, you can apply for this ensemble and book workshops happening at the same time. We will refund you if you’re selected.)
- Signing up for a 2-day intensive: with Liam Webber (UK) on weird people, Sata and Maria (Spain) on buffooning, and/or Cédric Marschal (France) on mime and object work.
- Signing up for a 1-day workshop: on clowning, on finding the game, on silence, on staging, on Stephen King, on lighting by players, on diversity of cultures or on physical theatre.
- Signing up for a half-day workshop: on acting skills, on sketch, on heightening, on dramatic irony, on musical improv and movement for musical improv.
(FYI: our longer workshops often sell the fastest.)
Oh, and we have a new thing: the mystery package. You buy a ticket for a given day, and you discover which workshops we scheduled you for the day before. Uuuuuh, exciting!

About the accommodation 🌳🐓
We partnered again with the wonderful Amsterdam Farm Lodge, because we -and the festival guests- lóóóved this place.
The Amsterdam Farm Lodge is in a luscious green and quiet area, where most players and visitors will be hosted.
Every apartment has:
- 2 or 3 bedrooms (some solo, some multi-bed)
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a living room
- a dining room
- a kitchen

You can choose between a multi-room (with only Flock Festival people), a double room, or a solo room at ridiculously affordable rates for any Amsterdam accommodation in summer.
Tomorrow, you can book accommodation with your festival pass together, which is just a great deal.
