Anthropic Eyes a $6 Billion Offer for AI Startup Decart
Anthropic is in early talks to acquire Israeli startup Decart for roughly $6 billion, which would be its largest acquisition ever and one of the biggest exits in Israeli tech. Decart's core product makes AI chips run more efficiently, and reports say its team would join Anthropic's inference and performance organization. The company raised $300 million in May at a $4 billion valuation, up from $3.1 billion eight months before that. |
