This month we have a unique opportunity to share the hope of God's Word with our neighbors. Our pastoral intern, Frank Wang, will be leading a special seminar for Chinese-speaking parents:
Rooted in Truth: Raising Children in Christ’s Blessing

This seminar is designed to encourage Christian parents to continue raising their children in faithfulness to Christ. It’s also an opportunity for those who do not yet know Christ to consider the spiritual needs of their families and hear the good news of the Gospel.
This event meets a real need in our community. Nearly 10% of the people in our county speak Mandarin as their first language. They are raising children in a foreign culture that presents significant spiritual and cultural challenges.
Frank is well equipped to speak to these concerns. He raised his family in China, and now he has lived in the U.S. for several years. Most importantly, he has been studying Scripture to learn how the Gospel addresses the heart questions of Chinese families.
