For several months, we have been working on a new website, and today we’re ready to share it with you! The site is at the same address, www.firstopc.org.

An Open Invitation to Our Church

We hope the new website will be encouraging and welcoming to people who are looking for a church. From the website, they can learn about who we are and our ministry activities. They can also plan their visit.

Thanks to Sarah and Jeanne, there are plenty of photos that provide a glimpse of our worship and fellowship.

A Hub for the Ministry of God’s Word

There are many new features that will help us expand our ministry of God’s Word.

Sermon Archive

Our complete sermon archive is now available on our own site. The sermons have audio, video, and full-text transcripts. You can browse the sermons by speaker, series, or book of the Bible. This is an amazing resource that goes all the way back to 2011.

Sunday School Lessons

We are also recording some of our Adult Sunday School lessons. These are available on the Lectures page. We won’t record every week, but over time we hope to develop a library of lessons addressing topics of special interest.

Podcasts

We are launching two podcasts to make it easy to enjoy all of this material. First OPC Sermons will feature all of our church’s Sunday sermons. First OPC Lectures will feature our Adult Sunday School lessons.

These podcasts are available on Apple Podcasts (as linked above) and in other apps as well.

Articles

Publishing articles is another way we will use the site to minister God’s word. At present, we have a small collection of articles. We intend to add many more over time.
