The Lord’s Day
The morning service is at 10am. We will be gathering at the Lord’s Table during the morning service. The sermon will be from Romans 13:8-14. This is the passage that God used to convert Augustine from a life of sexual immorality. Here is the morning order of service.
The evening service is at 4pm. Have you ever sung “This little light of mine”? That’s what Philippians 2:14-18 is about. Here is the evening order of service.
Reminder: Deacons’ fund
This fund is administered by our deacons for works of mercy and practical help in our congregation and sometimes in other places as well. It is especially appropriate to remember the deacons’ fund in connection with the Lord’s Supper, where are our hearts are directed to the love of Christ that forms us into a family and a body.
We are not currently taking up a separate deacons’ offering during our services, but you can still designate a gift for this fund.
“Tied Together” Event
Many of us enjoyed hearing from our guest speaker Ismael Hernandez on the subject of race. The recording of the event is now available on our Youtube channel, so you can watch it again, or share it with others.
Through the Week
- No Bible Study this week. We will resume on March 16.
- Prayer Meeting — Wednesday at 7:15pm, on Zoom.
- Women’s Bible Study — Thursday at 7pm, on Zoom.
Vacation Bible School
We are planning to hold VBS again this year, likely in mid-July. We need children to attend, and helpers to teach, so we want to know what dates will be best for everyone. Please speak to Pastor Goligher.
