Announcements for 20 August

Hi Everyone,

This Sunday after the morning worship service will be our Fellowship Luncheon. Please plan to bring a main dish and a salad or dessert to share.

If you haven’t done so yet, please review the Fall Bible Conference link and sign up to be included in the lunch-count for Saturday, 9 September.

This Sunday morning Lewis Augustine Goligher will be baptized.  To welcome Lewis, there will be a cake during the Fellowship Lunch.  If you wish to contribute to a “sprinkle” gift please see Julie Lemen.

Sincerely,
Elder Lemen

The theme of the weekend will be "Isaiah's Message for the Modern World." Dr. Carter will also lead two pre-conference events related to C.S. Lewis's book The Abolition of Man.

All the details are at this webpage. Please especially notice the Friday evening educators' lecture, and help us spread the word to teachers, school leaders, homeschooling parents, and high school or college students. We hope this will be a significant blessing to anyone involved in Christian education.
