Announcements for 18 June
Hi Everyone,
During the morning worship service Albert and Hana Derboghossian and their son, Matthew, will be received as new members.
The workday is scheduled for next Saturday, 24 June 2023.
The Fellowship Lunch will be next Sunday, 25 June 2023. And Pastor Michael Grasso (South San Francisco) will fill the pulpit next Sunday during the morning service.
Our church will be used by a couple from the South San Francisco congregation on 1 July 2023 for their wedding and we need a few volunteers. If you can help, please speak to Pastor Goligher.

The Lord’s Day
Sunday school this week is at 9:45 am.
The children’s Sunday school meets in two classes, both using Great Commissions Publications curricula.
Adult Sunday School Class. Pastor Goligher is teaching a study of the kings of the Old Testament.
The morning service is at 11:00 am. The sermon will be "Glory to Go Around" from 1 Corinthians 11:2-16.
The evening service is at 5:00 pm. The sermon will be “Eat, Pray, Run" from 1 Kings 18:41-46.
Through the Week
Prayer Meeting is canceled this week because of Bible Camp.
Ladies’ Summer Reading using Mark Jones’ Faith, Hope, Love. This week is Question 20.
Park days for moms and kids on Thursdays at 10 am in Washington Park in Sunnyvale every week during the summer. If you have any questions, speak to Betsie Porter.
Youth fellowship: On Friday, June 23, the youth are invited to Elliott Van Hartingsveldt's house for dinner and fun activities. Please also bring questions about the book of Isaiah!
Work day: On Saturday, June 24, at 9:00 am. No breakfast will be served, but the coffee pot will be turned on. Please come and help if you are able.
Fellowship Luncheon: The June Fellowship Lunch will be next Sunday.
Looking Ahead
Fall Bible Conference: On Saturday and Sunday September 9-10, we will have a guest preacher, Dr. Craig Carter, a theologian and minister in Ontario. The theme of the weekend will be "Isaiah's Message for the Modern World." Dr. Carter will also lead two pre-conference events related to C.S. Lewis's book The Abolition of Man.
