Mandatory Release: Firo v0.14.18.0 - Full Spark Functionality Restored

Following last issue's disclosure of the Spark vulnerability, Firo v0.14.18.0 has been released as a mandatory hard fork activating at block 1,371,000 (approximately September 4, 2026 at 10:00 UTC).

This release introduces a permanent fix and restores full multi-input Spark spending. Beyond the fix itself, v0.14.18.0 brings extensive security hardening across transaction validation and proof verification - making Firo's Spark protocol more robust than it has ever been. All users, node operators, masternode operators, miners, and exchanges must upgrade before the activation block.

The fix was developed with CypherStack and reviewed by HashCloak. A full technical post-mortem will be published after the hard fork activates.
