Importing your site without downloading the backup file
If your new domain is located in the same hosting plan/account, you can simply move the backup file without downloading it. To do that, navigate to your panel File Manager, I'll be using hPanel File Manager from Hostinger as an example, it's applicable for other panel such as cPanel too.
Get the import plugin
To do this, you need to install the All-In-One WP Migration plugin with import feature on your new site. The downside is you have to spend $1 to get this plugin. But, it's a fair trade, because you can use this plugin on as many sites as you have, and you will also get 32GB upload size on import.
