TooManyIdeas - Fenris Games September 2024

- an irregular newsletter -

I’ve always said these wouldn’t be so frequent as to be annoying, and here we are, a full six months since the last email. Suffice to say, 2024 hasn’t worked out quite as planned. Family health stuff has been the largest root cause but meanwhile I’ve managed to crowbar in a few new releases and even launch a fresh kickstarter, currently live! We're relaunching our very first range of minis, remastered in lovely crisp resin - the Lost Shores Deep Ones. These were the models that got us the Cthulhu Wars gig back in 2013 and we thought it was high time they were brought back into production. Check out the KS here.

The last twelve months have seen me experiment with the loyalty/patron model of funding for our RubbleCity scenic tile, and it's just come to a successful end with sets of twelve highly-detailed diorama jigsaw pieces alongside a custom lasercut base and regular early release new miniatures, too. Next year's collectible diorama has been voted on already and I'm going to be building a section of Innsmouth cobblestone street. We have some special minis to go with that diorama coming, too. More details at this link.

Last but not least there's been a steady trickle of standard new miniatures and scenery releases over the summer - including the resurrected Llama Queen model from Kev White, Dave Cauley and Barbaric Splendor miniatures, now rehomed here at Fenris. She's alongside the other new stuff in the shop.
