π± Ways to Grow!
Happy Much-Cooler-Wednesday to you all! What a welcome relief from the recent hot weather!
We have four items this week! (379 words; ~1.5 minute read time)
1. β€οΈ FELLOWSHIPS THIS WEEK!
Come be part of a small group of like-minded Christ followers as we grow in faith and walk together in our spiritual journeys!
Here's the schedule for this week's gatherings!

2. π₯ ALPHA COURSE PREVIEW!
As mentioned this past Sunday, an Alpha course will be hosted starting on September 28! If you would like to reinforce the basics of the Christian faith or if you have questions about Christianity, this will be a great place to learn!
The format for the evening involves sharing a meal together, viewing a video about the particular topic, and then discussing thoughts and questions with other group members, often times over dessert! π¨
We will hold a preview of the Alpha course during our Phileo fellowship gathering on September 19!
Please contact me or Jane Fan if you are interested in participating!
3. π PRAYER MEETING AND SUNDAY SCHOOL
We will be resuming our prayer meeting and starting our new Sunday school this month! These are more opportunities for you to grow your faith and to engage with God!
π§πΌββοΈββ‘οΈ Our next Kairos prayer meeting will be on Sunday, September 22 at 10:00am in D107!

4. πΊπΈ SERIES ON POLITICS CONTINUES
π¬ Did you watch the debate last night? No need to answer that question because I'm sure you've heard or seen clips today. We have much to pray for as the election comes closer!
This Sunday, we will continue our messages on the church and politics. Last Sunday, Pastor Jeff talked about the application of Micah 6:8 on our engagement with those who hold a differing perspective. May we do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly!
Have a good rest of the week!
