[Famicom Party] Chapter 14, "Sprite Movement"
Hello!
I'm pleased to announce that Chapter 14 is now available! This is a fairly long chapter that introduces zero-page RAM and subroutines, two concepts that will be extremely useful in the future. By the end of the chapter, the "player ship on a starfield background" example is updated to have the player ship move across the bottom of the screen.
I'm going to reserve these emails for new chapters only going forward; general site news will be posted on the blog, which has its own RSS feed you can subscribe to if you'd like those updates. I'm attempting to make an update on my progress every week or two, whether that's in-progress chapters or work on tools like NES Lightbox.
