So, for various reasons, I’ve left both Facebook and Instagram. Too much digital noise, too much commercial stuff, too much tempo. Can’t stand it, and the silence of being out is beautiful.

Instead, I have joined another photo sharing platform, called the.fotoapp.co. This is a very simple platform with nothing but photographs of various quality, from all around the world.

The fotoapp is a fairly new platform, but appears to function quite differently than both Facebook and Instagram. For example; this is the second year they arrange a world wide Foto Walk. People can show interest to host such a Foto Walk in their country/city - and I did just that.

And voìla - on September 26, there’s a Foto Walk in Västerås, where I live.

And that’s what this is all about - I would like to invite you to join me on a walk through Västerås downtown, where there will be tiny, easy tasks cast at you every few minutes, with only 30 seconds to execute. It’s fun, challenging, creative, with no requirements to produce any sort of master pieces.
