Ho! Explorers!

Just a couple of quick reminders for this looking for some fun this weekend. As noted in our dispatch last week, this Sunday (May 3rd) is our next Explorers Guild event: Microscopic Wonders. Join us as we peer into microscopes and document our journey in our stellar cartography. This will be a laid back jungle cruise of sorts as Janai Southworth, from the SF Microscopal Society, shows us the various creatures viewable when given the right tools and a bit of attention. The event runs from 2-4pm and is close to BART in Oakland. If you want to attend, we ask you to RSVP.

Our other quick reminder is that this Friday, members of the Explorers Guild leadership team have been working on an event for KQED and the Conservatory of Flowers. There’s one last playtest lined up (going from 1 - 4pm and includes entrance to the Conservatory). If you’d like to join either sign up on the Partiful or let me know so we can expect you.
