Adventure Camp Registration is Open! ~ ExGld

Hello Explorers!

Last week we highlighted our exciting new experience: Adventure Camp. This three day expedition into the Redwood Realm promises an engaging story, bold challenges, and a canvas to make memories to last a lifetime. This is our biggest experience yet, which many of us are pouring our hearts into, and we think you’ll love it.

With that in mind, today we finally open up registration for everyone. Registration is a multistep process, so read carefully, be patient, and follow the path outlined below.

Adventure Camp Registration

There are three steps to the registration process:

  1. ONE person on your team completes the team registration

  2. Each person on your team completes the individual registration form, which will be sent to you via email after your team registration is accepted.

  3. Submit payment

We are prioritizing teams of 5. If you register as a full team of 5 people, we will then send the individual registration information to the names and emails provided on the Team Registration.

If you have fewer than 5 people, we’ve outlined a process on our Adventure Camp FAQ page to consider following. In summary though:

  • Let us know who you do have

  • Keep reaching out to people to fill out your team (our Slack channel: #adventure-camp-matchmaking is a good resource for this)

  • And/or, you can wait for our suggestions on April 15th and 28th (but note that we might fill up before these dates)

As a reminder, for Adventure Camp, a team is 5 people who will stay in two cabins and will work together for much of the event. Teams are not in competition with each other. If you have a partial group, take a chance with a few strangers who are also excited about this event, and you might make some new lifelong friends.

Reminder: your registration is not final until the following are complete:

  1. ONE person on your team has completed the team registration

  2. Each person on your team has completed the individual registration form, which will be sent to you via email after your team registration is accepted.

  3. Submit payment.

Now that you've read all that, here’s the Team Registration Form for Adventure Camp 2025.

Only one member of your team should complete this form on behalf of the group. You will need to know each team member's name and email address, and optionally their moniker.

If you have questions feel free to reach out to: ticketing@semperexplorandum.com
