Adventure Camp Informational Call & Mixer ~ ExGld
Hello Explorers!
We had a super fun weekend of builds and play tests, thank you to everyone who came out and helped! In an effort to minimize spoilers, I’ve been careful of what is shared but I thought this was a fun snap from the weekend:

Ok ok, we didn’t use pits of lava and crocodiles. It’s April 1st, so I hope you appreciate the AI slop. I did include a photo at the bottom of this dispatch though if you did want to see a photo.
Informational Call & Mixer - Wednesday April 2nd
We’re closing in on our capacity for Adventure Camp, but we have a few teams all looking for one to two more participants to join them. In an effort to help bridge this, we are offering a digital meet & greet for those that are on the fence.
We’ll spend the first part of the call answering any and all questions people might have about the event. I’ve been getting various questions at build days, play tests, and online, so if you have been wanting to ask about details this is a great opportunity for that.
The second half will be an opportunity for those of you to meet others that are looking for teams. If you are a team, you don’t all need to be there, but having at least one representative is awesome.
The Informational Call & Mixer is Wednesday, April 2nd at 6pm. This call is done via a Meet link.
Play Test (Oakland) - April 6th
Our next play test is this weekend! As a reminder play tests are where we try out various game mechanics for possible experiences we want to incorporate in the larger event. Don’t let the pit of lava and crocodiles above fool you either, there’s a number of puzzles and creative feats that we need to test out too.
Our next play testing date is this Sunday, April 6th, from 2 - 4:30pm at Snow Park (Oakland). You can sign up for updates on the Partiful link.
That’s all for now, remember that space is limited for Adventure Camp, so now is the time to register. The cost will also raise on April 19th, (if there’s still space available) so don’t delay!
As promised, here’s that photo from the last play test.
