Launch Week Day 5: What's Possible
Day 5 – What’s Possible
This week, I’ve been sharing how I got here.
From the day I left my job after paddle boarding with dolphins, every experience has shaped how I see work, justice, and responsibility.
I’ve seen what’s possible when we slow down, listen, and design with equity and access at the center. I want to work on projects that have real impact, help people navigate systems that actually work for them, and keep things simple and accessible so everyone can participate, belong, and thrive.
So, today I'm launching Ethical Methods, a consultancy focused on digital accessibility, inclusive communication, and sustainable systems.
This won't be flashy. It won't be perfect. But I'm always learning - about the work, about my own privilege and bias, and about how to show up better.
If you’ve been part of this journey, thank you. If you’re just joining, welcome.
Let’s build something better.
Once a week or so, I'll be sharing what I'm learning, who I’m learning from, and how I designed and set up this new business. Sign up for my newsletter to follow along.
I’d also love to hear what’s on your mind.
