[SC 2.4.4] It's pretty groundbreaking stuff

One of my coworkers has been putting in a lot of time making accessibility improvements happen for GitHub's CLI application, and it's finally released! They're looking for feedback, if you're the kind of person who'd benefit from this sort of thing.
