Transparent Leadership Beats Servant Leadership
There's a common implementation of "servant leadership" in which the manager sweeps obstacles out of the way for their team, not because the manager's authority was needed to do so, but because the team was told it's not their job. I take issue with this, and propose an alternative. (Some people take issue with my taking issue with this, and propose that my proposal is just true servant leadership.)

Advent of Code in Dialog
Dialog is a text adventure programming language, but it is also one of those mind-bending languages like Prolog. They're actually fully sensible and very usable, but their execution models differ a little from imperative, and even functional code. Well worth learning to become a better programmer!
