Multi-criteria shortest path: label-correcting Dijkstra

There's a board game popular in Finland and Sweden known as Den försvunna diamanten (The Lost Diamond in Swedish) or Afrikan tähti (The African Star in Finnish). Players take turns traveling around the continent of Africa; the lucky players come across gems which they trade in for money. Once any player has found the big diamond, it becomes a scramble to leave the continent as quickly as possible, with the winner being the first to leave.
