Selce Members: Share Offer Preview

This is a special message to you, as a Selce member.
Our fourth Community Share Offer is now open to new investment!
This share offer is only open for a brief period and offers some special terms, so I wanted you to be the first to know.
What’s new with this share offer?
- With this share offer we can offer the choice of investment periods of 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 years.
- We are forecasting a 4% return to members.
- This is our first share offer in support of our LED-ing The Way project. This offer enables the installation of 1,880 bright and efficient LED lights at five community buildings. The lighting enables a saving of £285,000 on electricity bills for the community buildings and a saving of 250 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
- Plus these projects will contribute £28,127 towards our energy advice for local households, enough to advise approximately 200 people.
We are seeking £41,438 investment with this offer and we will close the offer when we reach our target, so please take a look at the offer document.
