Keeping Cool in the Summer
While it’s crucial to keep warm during the winter, it is just as important to keep cool in the summer. We’re moving in to a potentially hot and dry summer, and there are lots of things that you can do to keep cool:

Small Ways to Reduce Energy Bills
The summer is good time to get good habits going ahead of the winter crunch, especially with the energy price cap rise this past April. Start by bedding in small and achievable changes that will bring down your bills like:
switching appliances off at the wall when not in use, rather than staying in standby mode can reduce your energy costs by approximately £54 per year.

Find out what other changes you can make to save and commit to the one that you can do most easily.

Delivering home visits to install free energy saving measures that could save up to £200 on energy bills.
Supporting private renters with landlord advocacy in Lewisham.
