I wrote this song in the summer of 2019, and it sat in the vault for all those years til today. To reach a point in my own self esteem where I feel confident releasing a track about coyly embracing my own sexuality... all I can say is that it’s been a journey to get here and I’m grateful to be moving beyond my old shame about expressing that side of myself.
