I’ve been thinking about how to keep this Kickstarter energy moving… and I had an idea I’m really excited about.
First of all, the vinyl situation??? Y’all are serious about spinning this record! Watching the vinyl tier climb the way it has has been surreal. There is something very poetic to me about these songs existing as a physical object you can hold, something big and tangible and beautiful. You’re not just streaming this album — you’re inviting it into your living rooms! I’m sitting on your couch with tea and a cozy blanket and I love what you’ve done with the place.
And then there were the 1-on-1 hangs.
I genuinely thought those would take a while to go. They did not. They vanished in days.
Which is wild and flattering and slightly terrifying in the best way.
The fact that you want to sit down and talk with me, human to human, means more than I can properly articulate.
This campaign has become so personal. It doesn’t feel abstract. It feels like us. It feels like conversations and shared excitement and watching numbers move together. So I want to lean into that feeling. Because clearly, you all are ready to show up.
