You have registered for my in-person half-day silent retreat this Saturday from 9 to 12:30 p.m. We will be meeting at my home: ADDRESS. Please be sure to arrive on time! 

If you have a meditation cushion or bolster, please bring it. There are a handful of chairs and a couch to sit on, but only a few extra cushions. I will provide some light snacks and tea; please bring your own mug and water bottle.

**Until further notice, all participants are required to be fully vaccinated and wear a mask while moving around (masks are option while sitting) - please upload your vaccination card during registration (unless you've already sent it to me for a previous sit/retreat)

Thank you for joining me and for donating what you can. Proceeds from this sit will benefit the Voices of Children Foundation, who are providing psychological and psychosocial support to children who are experiencing war in Ukraine..
