- use your body compass 
- implement the items from your 4Ds worksheet 
- define clear goals (if you haven't already) / "WIGS"
- create Turtle Steps for one (or several) of your goals - PLEASE EMAIL THESE TO ME BEFORE OUR NEXT CALL!
- Practice doing The Work on any limiting thoughts that come your way

Here is your homework: Use your body compass as much as possible as you move through your normal days. Just get used to checking in with the body instead of the brain. Observe which people, places, things, activities rank where on your compass. Record anything noticeable or surprising!

>> Complete your Inside the Circle/Outside the Circle worksheet (page 5 in your workbook)

>> Complete or update your "Perfect Life Pie" exercise 
>> OPTIONAL: Complete the Value/Energy Calibrator exercise (we will explore this in more depth next week as well!)
