Great seeing a few of you on the bonus call yesterday! I've included the link for the recording below - and although we didn't cover specific "content" I hope that some of the discussion/coaching is supportive!

One of the things that we touched on yesterday was that none of your "goals" will be the same - some of you are looking to create very tangible external realities while others are looking to feel a different inner quality in a life that looks very similar to the one you already have (though one that feels quite different). Ultimately, no matter where you are "working," it will include both of these things - the inner AND outer work.
As I often say, we are not doing this work to create a "new you" but rather a TRUER you - an iteration that feels more authentic, aligned, present, engaged, alive...
One of the greatest supports to me in my own inner work has been my seated meditation practice. Though not necessary for inner work, it can be so useful and informative. It's a place where we can make the unconscious conscious ("Until we make the unconscious conscious it directs our life and we call it fate." ~ Carl Jung). I am offering an every-other-Monday donation-based meditation (7-7:30pm) at Lucid Living and would love for you to join me if and when you can.
I will keep the Facebook group live so that those of you who have found it to be a useful and supportive space to connect with each other and with me can still do so!
