And a few reminders :) 

NO CLASS Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am 

at The Broad (resumes 9/10)

Thursday, 9:30-10:30am

at Lucid Living (4 spaces open!)

*REMINDERS*

Tuesday morning class is now 8:30-9:30am (students have the option to leave at 9:15am or stay until 9:30am for pranayama + savasana/meditation). As a reminder this class is open to everyone -- Broad members AND non-members!

Also starting in September I will have only two options for class payments:

--> Drop-in: $20 

	(space-permitting)

--> 4-Class Package: $75

(the 4-Class Package is now usable for ANY 4 dates --consecutive or non-consecutive-- but you must reserve them ahead of time by emailing me. Once you've reserved the dates, they are held for you. If you miss/cancel, I cannot refund you, so please be certain you can attend on those dates!)

Donation-Based Meditation

(every other) Monday 7:15-8pm

at Lucid Living

FALL DATES:

9/9, 9/23, 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, 12/16

>> OPEN TO ALL - no prior meditation experience required

>> Participants will need to complete a waiver and can do so here ahead of time or upon arrival

>> Donations (suggested amount $5-$20) will be accepted via Venmo, cash or check
