Yoga Class on 7/26 + REMINDER: No class 8/2

As of this morning, there are 3 DROP-IN spots available in class on 7/26!
If you'd like to reserve a spot, drop me a quick email. Otherwise, you're welcome to show up, morning-of!
REMINDER:

ALSO: I'm excited to share that starting in August, my Tuesday morning class (8:30-9:15am) will be OPEN to everyone (not just members of The Broad)!
What this means: you can enroll in one or both classes (separate enrollments) OR drop-in to one or both. See below for enrollment info.
Tuesday's class is a bit more gentle (think: less or no vinyasa/sun salutations) and includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and a short meditation. It's the nervous system's dream come true!

There are a few ways to attend:
1) 8-week enrollment ($125) - click here to see dates & enroll
2) 4-week enrollment ($70) - click here to see dates & enroll
3) drop-in, reserved ($20) - email me here with the dates you'd like to reserve
4) drop-in, space, permitting ($20) - just show up!
Please note that all enrollments and reserved drop-in fees are non-refundable.
