Here we are, smack-dab in the middle of summer. I hope you are enjoying longer days, eating strawberries and tomatoes (that taste amazing, like they actually should), and taking small or big adventures that feel free and fun and rejuvenating. 

I have a few updates to my teaching schedule over at
The Apiary. Along with my annual trip to Maine in August, I will be out on maternity leave (for those of you who haven't heard, I'm expecting a baby boy in early October!) from the end of September to TBD (though likely end of November). Fear not, though, because I've lined up two very special people to teach for me while I'm out. See below for more details...

On the Life Coaching-front, I will be taking a break after the baby arrives and will be tapering back up to my regular schedule by early 2018. If you are a current client {or are interested in working with me in this capacity} and want to snag one of the very few slots that I'll be offering first, please let me know so I can hold your space. And, in the meantime, check out my special September-ONLY mini-coaching sessions for quick, real-time, life hacks, quick solutions, and breakthroughs!

I am so delighted that two lovely, wise, and strong teachers Rachel Machacek (Tuesdays) and Paula Millar (Thursdays)  have agreed to fill-in for me once the bambino arrives.

Class Schedule through September:

Tuesdays
8:45-9:45am, Mindful Flow


Thursdays 
8:45-9:45am, Mindful Flow


Fridays
9:30-10:45am, Mindful Flow


You must register online or via the Mindbody App to reserve your space in class.

If you, like me, are involved in the world of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, coaching, etc. then you, like me, hear it all the time:

“What’s your intention?”

“Set an an intention.”

“Be intentional.”

 

So, what does “intention” actually mean? And why do we do it?

Special 30-minute phone/Skype sessions in September - only $45!

These are for you if:
  • you have an immediate defined problem (revolving around work, relationships, life-in-general) and can't come up with a solution on your own
  • you are feeling overwhelmed and need clarity and an avenue to take action
  • you feel like something or someone is holding you back from a step you want to take in your life
  • you are employing all of your self-care methods and strategies but they just don't seem to be working for you like they used to
  • you're ready to jump in without a lot of chit-chat and story-telling!

The not-so-fine print:
  • Buy as many as you'd like, but all must be used by Sept 30!
  • Payment must be received upon scheduling in order to hold your spot
  • You must send me your problem/issue/concern 24 hours prior to our meeting time
  • If my baby comes early (!), I'm reserving the right to cancel last minute :) But don't worry, you'll get your $$ back!
