>> If you are interested in working with me via a Weekly Meditation & Coaching Group, please email me for more info and to sign up - my first group is full but I am starting a list for a second group. More info/details below.
>> To those of you who've requested to purchase recorded yoga classes - STAY TUNED! I am working on a super simple way for you to access these and will announce SOON!

*I know* *I know* *I know*

... that as part of me shrinks, the other expands. As part of me burns up, the other is being fed and nourished and grown.
Anyone else feel that? Like you know if you could just pause, soften and lean right on back into the support of Awareness, just free fall away from the grippy, attached, trying-to-control-everything habituation... that freedom exists RIGHT THERE?

It truly feels like I’m arriving at perhaps my most core, crystallized, stone-solid, conditioned material and I’m just unable to crack it apart to let the Light in.

Throughout my lifetime, I’ve consistently wished to be free from what causes me to suffer, to experience myself differently. And through conscious and intentional work, I’ve consistently shed layers upon layers.

But, man, these last bits are holding on with fierce determination. And I can hear it’s ego-driven battle cry at almost every turn: “me, me, me.”

We are all in the thick of the fire that has the potential to set us free but only by burning us to the ground. I do believe, as a country, we have quite a distance to go.

So hold on, loves. Stay grounded in what is True. And let the fiery Light crack you open and burn you all up so that what remains, that indestructible Conscious Love, can be fed, nourished, and grown. And through this, I’m reminding myself.
