Practices to support your life
View this email in your browser
Hello, all. I hope this finds you safe and well.

I am so grateful to have had the chance to connect with so many of you last week in our first fully virtual week! I was delighted to have so many new faces in my Monday night Meditation and was honored to be able to send your combined donation of $150 to the Agape Village Family Services Emergency Relief Team - a coalition of groups that is providing urgent social services to the most in-need children and families here in Richmond, VA.

Though we weren't together in person for our Tuesday yoga class, I was delighted to see so many of you on the screen and to be able to send several others the link so that you could practice on your own. It's so, so important to continue practices that both ground and grow the quality of spaciousness within us right now - and not just so that we feel a bit better but so that we work to grow something much bigger than us that can expand into the world.

And, to all of my wonderful coaching clients, I am honored to continue our work together, especially at this time as we are all navigating such strange, new, and unknown territory. If you or any one you know is interested in exploring coaching, please email me directly - I have a 1-2 spots opening up in the near future and would love to be of support.

I have been doing more regular Instagram lives these days - I think because it really does make me feel more connected to you all - just a moment to share a thought or two. If you're on Instagram, come follow me there! As I shared today, if there is ANYTHING at all that I can support you with during this time, please, please let me know. I am at your service. Some things to consider are virtual group coaching meet ups, pranayama (breathing) lessons, yoga nidra, another mid-day meditation opportunity... Please message me to let me know your thoughts/ideas/suggestions!

Stay well. Stay conscious.

, Ellie

Last week's donation update:

$150 donated to Agape Village Emergency Response Team

Who we are: a grassroots faith-based community committed to providing a social safety net for the most vulnerable populations in the Richmond Metro Area affected by closures due to the coronavirus outbreak.
What we do: attempt to provide short-term emergency social services for those affected by closures of such public services as schools, daycare, after-school activities, libraries, and transportation.

**VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS**

In lieu of teaching my in-person class at Lucid Living, I will teach one class each week via Zoom (video conference) that will be recorded.

Join me live on Tuesdays from 12-1pm or you can request the link to the recorded class to practice anytime that works for you.

While I realize that this is different than practicing together in person, I hope that it is still a supportive and useful way for you to connect with yourself, with breath, and with what's in front of you in each moment.

Please pay via Venmo (@EllieBurkeLife) - regular drop-in rate is $20 but I'm making this a pay-what-you-can deal so that anyone can access. Please just Venmo me payment prior to class.
