Hello! I am so delighted to welcome you to Year of Intention!

As 2022 unfolds before us, I feel such a sense of anticipation and excitement for the work that we will do together. 

This is the year we get clear. 

This is the year we understand what we want and do not want. 

This is the year we move past the internal barriers and learn to navigate the external barriers that keep us from doing the dang thing. 

We’ll be talking about our habits, our tendencies, our dreams, our fears. We’ll hold each other accountable and, more importantly, hold each other up. 

But, first, some logistics:

Save the date for our first workshop: Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, 12-1pm. Going forward, we will meet as a large group on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at from 12-1pm. Please be sure to add these dates to your calendar! I will be sending out another email next week, but here are the details for the workshop Zoom call:

Plan for your small group gathering on Zoom. Everyone will meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 12-1p.m. except for the following individuals, who will meet on Thursday evenings from 7-8 p.m.:

Take stock of where you are today with this pre-workshop exercise. It should take you 20-30 minutes, so grab a cup of coffee or tea, find a quiet place, and spend some time in contemplation. You will not be graded or evaluated, so do not stress! I do ask that you submit your responses no later than Friday, Jan. 14. 

Invite a friend! Not just because they will get a lot out of it but so will you! Most of us are motivated by others - whether we want to call that accountability or just *more fun* - so think of who you'd want to be with on this year-long journey and invite them! With the Pay What & When You Can option, anyone can do it. Send the website to them - they can apply there.
