>> MEDITATION <<
☝🏼that is the answer I give most often…
…to the questions that include but are not limited to:
- how do I change this habit?
- how do I overcome fear?
- how do I improve my relationship (with self or other)?
- how can I find my purpose?
- what matters the most in life?
- how can I feel better?
- how do I rest?
- how do I improve at xyz?
- how can I heal these old patterns?
And this isn’t because meditation, itself, is a panacea. It’s because the ongoing work of seated practice increases our capacity to discover ourselves.
Meditation practice requires us to see our whole selves - all the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and also gives us the space and tools to question those things and then the space and capacity to change those things.
Meditation is not reflection, analysis, assessment. It’s not any type of thinking.
Meditation isn’t a doing of any kind - it describes a state of being.
Meditation doesn’t have to be out of reach or complicated - in fact it isn’t when we are taught how to practice is such a way that is accessible, available, practical and supported.
As I continue to grow as a teacher and a holistic coach, I can feel the necessary shift toward expanding my meditation teachings in this new year to continue to support all of you in your personal journeys.
I'll be announcing more soon but, in the meantime, I hope you'll consider joining me for my monthly meditations, reach out to ask about joining one of my ongoing weekly meditation & coaching groups, and/or save-the-date for my Annual Wellness retreat (Oct 26-29)!
With Love,
