So much of the work I do within myself and with my clients is the intentional walking toward the material (often unconscious) that is causing us to suffer. The material we wish to be free of and need to be free of in order to be in proper relationship with life.
And I am relentlessly looking inward. Looking for where I need to wake up, looking for what needs to be brought into conscious seeing. Because I know that’s where healing resides.
But that, in and of itself - that relentless drive, is also a habit of mine. The filtering experience by what I can learn, what I can glean about myself and the world.
Sometimes it’s important to set it down. And walk away. Not in avoidance. Not forever. But for now. And to just be. Because that’s where life is - the alive, always changing experience of life resides.
Self-care can sometimes be the conscious choice to pause the action, the doing, the working, the seeking. And then we can rest... rest inwardly and into the moments of life right now, into the stability of our bodies, the ease of our breath, and the lightness of being.
Instagram giveaway for *2 spots* in the program! To enter, hop on over to this post on IG and take it from there. I'll be selecting the two winners at random after I close the application on January 22nd.
I am so excited about this offering as it will allow me to provide more of what I love to more people and grow a community of support for like-hearted people who are out there doing the work of creating meaningful, authentic, and intentional lives. As many of you already know, choosing a more conscious way of living can, ironically, feel somewhat lonely and isolating. But it doesn't have to!

A Year of Intention is the result of my own process of reckoning with all that 2020 has given, taken away, and required of us.
A Year of Intention is also my answer to the question that I hear more and more from students and clients, alike - "where is the community of others who get this work, this way of being in relationship to life?" This path can often feel lonely because others in our life don't understand it... and this is my way of helping to grow a connected community of others who are exploring a space beyond what's "possible," who are in an inner work, who have the wish to go deeper, to wonder, and to view themselves and their lives with curiosity.
Now, as we begin a new year, new decade, new era, new frontier, we have the opportunity of a lifetime to consider who we want to be and how we want to experience our lives. We have the hopeful possibility of moving into a more whole, more conscious and connected way of living. We can make meaningful and intentional choices about the lives we want to have and that feel more aligned with what we truly value.
Please join me in what will be an incredible community and invite others to join YOU! Forward this email, share the flyer, tag your friends on any of my Instagram posts about it.
Over our 12 months together, we will explore three core components of an intentional life:
> The Intention Creation (the WHAT you want in your life and WHY)
> The Intention Implementation (the HOW to create it)
> The Intention Fruition (Living a life with ongoing intentionality)
As a part of this community, you will have access to the
>> Living an Intentional Life workshop
>> 1:1 coaching with me throughout the year
>> group learning, coaching, and accountability
>> access to my top tier Patreon membership level for yoga & meditation
