Practices to support your life View this email in your browser NOVEMBER GROUP CALL Wednesday 10/10 - 12pm!    November, here we are!  During last month's we revisited our year together and I had each of you reexamine your "peaks & valleys" and make some new or refine some old goals around areas that you wanted to bring more attention to in your lives.  This month, we will return to those peaks & valleys and use our understanding of how the choices we make (big and small) can lead us toward (or away!) from the things we want.  Please bring your notes/journal from last time (if you weren't on the call, please be sure to watch the recording, if you haven't already, and take some time to do the work suggested).
