NOVEMBER GROUP CALL

Wednesday 10/10 - 12pm! 

November, here we are! 

During last month's we revisited our year together and I had each of you reexamine your "peaks & valleys" and make some new or refine some old goals around areas that you wanted to bring more attention to in your lives. 

This month, we will return to those peaks & valleys and use our understanding of how the choices we make (big and small) can lead us toward (or away!) from the things we want. 

Please bring your notes/journal from last time (if you weren't on the call, please be sure to watch the recording, if you haven't already, and take some time to do the work suggested).

If you are unable to make tomorrow's call, please email me to let me know.
