The Ordinary is the Most Extraordinary

Guess what, friends? I’m about to tell you something that is going to blow your mind. Literally.  It’s going to shake the entire ground of your existence simply because it is so directly opposite of how we do things, how we think we need to be, what we think accomplishing the next thing [insert your own goal(s) here] will bring us. Here it goes:

Sometimes all you need is an hour...

Have you worked with me in the past? Made some great strides in a direction, only to find yourself blocked again, stuck in a familiar rut of thinking? Do you need to get clarity around a big decision, or perhaps we just need to get a different perspective, see it from a new angle?

To better support my dear past clients, I have opened up a limited number of 1-hour blocks in my schedule to be used for my non-ongoing clients - folks who may want to drop-in every-once-in-a-while to get coached around a specific area.

If you're interested in scheduling a session, shoot Michelle an email at support@ellieburke.life to find a time that works for you. Sessions can be done in-person (at my new office! Yay!), or via Skype.

What is Mindful Flow, Anyway?

A student recently brought me a great article from the NYT Magazine called "Contemplation Theory," by Gretchen Reynolds that included a perfect description of a mindfulness practice: "an open and receptive, nonjudgemental awareness of your present-moment experience." In a Mindful Flow class with me, this is exactly what we practice, while using asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and optional seated meditation.

Ongoing Classes:
Monday, 6:30-8pm, Mindful Flow 2
Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am, Mindful Flow 2
Thursday, 8:30-9:30am, Mindful Flow 2
Sunday, 4:30-5:30pm, Core Flow

Series Classes:
Intro to Meditation 4-Week Series: Thursdays, 9:45-10:30am
Spring Sessions will be announced soon!
