JOURNAL about times when you've experienced "Yoga" (remembering that the word Yoga means "to yoke" or to bring together the individual self and the greater Self or, really, to remember that they were never separate (these are moments of deep peace, great clarity, ease of being, "perfectness," wholeness, etc...); also write your own description of the state of yoga (if you can describe it)
PRACTICES:
--> daily meditation (no more than 5-10 min/day); use anchors of breath, sensation and sound
--> daily movement (10-20 minutes of any kind of intentional movement that feels good to you)
