Tuesday, 8:30-9:15am at The Broad (4 spots)
Thursday, 9:30-10:30am at Lucid Living (4 spots)
Looking ahead:
I will be away for the last two weeks of August, so there will be NO YOGA or MEDITATION from 8/19-8/29.
