Through our practice, we cultivate a connection to our natural state of being which is pure Love - compassionate, accepting, and unified. As we access that state, it is our responsibility to stay with it no matter how much we are pulled toward divisiveness, separation, and hatred. This practice is less about us as individuals and more about the growth of the greater consciousness.
