This Saturday, 10/14, I will be holding my monthly meditation -- the Saturday Sit -- from 9-10am -- both in person and Zoom options available. All donations from this month's sit will be split between Doctors without Borders and Save the Children's emergency fund. 

If our practice teaches us anything it is that we have the capacity to hold more than one truth, no matter how conflictual, how oppositional those truths may seem, and still meet the world with an open and courageous heart.

Our practice illuminates the fact that unconsciousness creates tremendous, unimaginable suffering -- from the micro level to the macro. And it also gives us the tools to return to our humanity.

It is our privilege and responsibility to increase our own consciousness and to allow that to inform our actions in the world - in the conditions we face and within the interactions we have, moment by moment.  

I hope you will join together with me this Saturday - from wherever you are.

Saturday Sit - Oct 14th
This is a monthly, in-person (or via Zoom!) guided meditation. Join us on Saturday, October 14th from 9-10am for a 30-40 minute sit followed by space to share experiences and ask questions.  No prior meditation experience necessary.

Suggested donation: $10-$35
