Everything happens.

We give it meaning, decide upon the reason. 

This is the dance between life & humans: 

Life doing what life does and humans doing what humans do

And, yet, somewhere in between, something is pointing, directing, guiding, inviting.

If we let it, that thing can help us listen and learn to steady our soft gaze in the direction of our most aligned and purposeful path. 

In our openness, we can receive what's meant for us.

I came across this article in the Sunday NY Times and wanted to share it here. As we move into Spring and into the coming weeks and months of greater freedom and openness in our communities (thank you covid vaccine!!), we are beginning to tap into moments of deep joy.

Some of us may feel hesitation or almost fear about opening up to joy and happiness (this article explains why). And we also may feel some peaks and valleys when it comes to moments of joy and happiness. Cultivating mindfulness-based practices such as savoring, marveling, and cultivating gratitude allow us to prolong or steady ourselves.

Y'all! I'm so excited to announce that, starting on April 6th, I will be teaching a LIVE yoga class (still via Zoom) on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30am! 

As of today, you can sign up (or upgrade) for your monthly membership through Patreon - $65/month will get you access to the live practice every week as well as to my entire recording library (meditation, short & long yoga practices).
