No Yoga Classes This Week (7/31 & 8/2) - Next Session Enrollments OPEN!
I'll miss seeing you this week but don't forget to enroll (4 or 8 week sessions)!

Due to space constraints at The Broad there will be NO yoga classes this week (7/31 & 8/2).
Next week starts our next round of enrollments (both 4 & 8 weeks)! If you'd like to enroll in either or both classes, please email me!
8 weeks of yoga - $125
4 weeks of yoga - $70
Drop-ins - $20*

Class Schedule:
Tuesday, 8:30-9:15am*
Thursday, 9:30-10:30am
*Tuesday's class is a bit more gentle (think: less or no vinyasa/sun salutations) and includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and a short meditation. It's the nervous system's dream come true!
