Just can't wait to tell you...
Guys! I am so ready to tell you about the two things I'm most excited to offer you in 2017 (at least for now!). So I'm going to get right to it...
New Year, True You (extended format)
A much-extended, more in-depth and meaningful version of my New Year's Day workshop from 2016. This is the time to make the change and this is the way to do it!
Spring Retreat
Think: yoga, meditation, insanely beautiful setting, fire pit, delicious and nourishing food. Give yourself 3-days to get quiet, connect in, fill up and then move out more fully into your life!
<3 Always.

New Year, True You
Know yourself in order to become yourself
Every year, we are told that January 1st as a chance to create a "new" and better version of ourselves. I invite you to explore the idea that discovering the TRUE you is what will help you live into the life you're meant to live. This process certainly does not happen in a day or a week or even a year… It comes with on-going, intentional, and committed work. But we can set the stage for true and meaningful change by first making the choice!
Join me in this 3-month intensive in which you will gain self-awareness, learn to listen to what’s speaking to you, and to begin to find ways that support you in living in a way that aligns with who you wish to be and what you want to do in the world.
Pre-requisites: All this requires is that you have a desire to see change (big or small and in any area of your life) in your life.

My Work at the Jail...
As many of you know, I volunteer weekly at the Richmond City Jail teaching yoga and meditation to the female inmates in the REAL program. The REAL program is an amazing an very comprehensive approach to supporting women overcome addiction while incarcerated (since it is the successful treatment of addiction that will have the greatest impact on keeping out of the justice system).
While I meet weekly with the whole group, I am regularly coaching two women now: Jennifer, whom many of you are familiar with as I've shared her story in the past, and K., who is ready to make some very concrete and tangible steps towards creating a sustainable and healthy life for herself outside of jail. She is nearing the end of her sentence and is already on work-release.
All of my work at the jail is volunteer-based. There is no funding to support my work, yet my wish to scale up and extend life coaching to more inmates only continues to grow! If you personally would like to support this work or know someone who may, I am always accepting donations by way of my weekly meditation offering at The Apiary as well as by my GoFundMe page. Please feel free to pass it along <3
