There’s one thing that it’s super important to understand when working to create any change:
There is no standing still. There is no remaining neutral.
You are either moving toward or away from the change you are wishing to make.
————————————
Once you know what change you want to make (and, most importantly, why you want to make it) and once you know what the steps are to take and how to make those things happen — the rest is, well, up to you.
In his book, Atomic Habits, James Clear differentiates between two ways that energy is spent - one, he defines as motion, is energy spent that IS NOT moving you toward a goal; the other, he defines as action, is energy spent that IS moving you toward a goal. I love this shift in thinking and in understanding when you are in motion vs when you are in action because both can feel like effort toward something but truly only one is.
It’s easy to think that if we don’t do that (fill in the blank) thing we decided we would, we’re just staying in the same place, just standing still until we start or start again. But we’re not - time is passing and not only are we not moving toward what it is we want but we are, unfortunately, actively moving away.
What is it that you want?
Who is it that you want to be?
And what (small, sustainable) actions are you choosing every single day to get yourself there?
With Love,

What's the Scoop on Small Group?!
With a waitlist for my 1:1 coaching and with the wish to make coaching more financially-accessible, I have extended her offerings to include multiple small group coaching cohorts each year.
Small Group Coaching is intentionally designed for individuals who are looking to make a specific, tangible change in their lives and want highly-individualized coaching that is meaningful and unique to them while having the game-changing support of others on a similar path.
Small Group Coaching
- reduces the individual investment making it more financially accessible
- allows individuals to work in the context of a consistent, committed group which allows for much-needed connection with others and a depth of learning from each other’s experiences
- provides an additional container for accountability
- develops meaningful and authentic community over time
Groups will consist of 6-8 individuals and will meet every other week for 12 sessions (6 months). Virtual / In-Person / Hybrid options available
FALL COHORT will meet every other Tuesday from 12:30-1:30pm starting in October or November, depending on enrollment. Exact dates will be after acceptance/before enrollment.
If you know you want to join or are just curious to learn more, please fill out the application ASAP! Space is limited!
See what others have said about their experiences with me in Small Group Coaching. If you have questions, take a peek at these FAQs! And, of course, you can email me directly.

2024 RETREAT Announcement!
Save the Dates:
April 18-21 & Oct 18-20
Yep - that's correct! I am thrilled to announce that -- after receiving several requests over the years -- I will be offering TWO retreats in 2024!
The Spring Retreat will be April 18-21 at Heartstone Lodge & Retreat Center and will be the retreat you all know and love - a larger, dynamic, 3 night / 4 day wellness retreat centered around yoga, meditation, time in nature and connection with community, and incredible food by our beautiful Shell Bailey. This retreat will be open to all - stay tuned for registration announcement in late 2023!
The Fall Retreat will be October 18-20, also at Heartstone and with food by Shell, will be an intentionally smaller, more intimate 3 day / 2 night retreat container that will center around meditation, deeper inner work and will have an emphasis on silence. This retreat will be by application and open to current or past meditation students and/or 1:1 or group coaching clients. Stay tuned for details.
