*Class fees for Tuesdays at Lucid Living: 

 --> Drop-in: $20 

(space-permitting)

--> 4-Class Package: $75

(the 4-Class Package is now usable for ANY 4 dates --consecutive or non-consecutive-- but you must reserve them ahead of time by emailing me. Once you've reserved the dates, they are held for you. If you miss/cancel, I cannot refund you, so please be certain you can attend on those dates!)

>> New participants will need to complete a waiver and can do so here ahead of time or upon arrival

I am SO thrilled to be leading this new monthly series with Mindful Mornings RVA! One Friday of each month, we will meet, meditate, and discuss & reflect upon compassionate action and communities.

Our March sit will be held at Lucid Living, 8:15-9:15am, by donation - date coming soon!
