IMPORTANT CLASS UPDATE!

As of November 1st, The Broad, where I see most of my coaching clients, is making some pretty major changes to their room rental policies which, unfortunately, won't allow me to stay on as a member. As a result, my LAST YOGA CLASS at The Broad will be this Tuesday, 10/29.  I hope to continue seeing all of you at Lucid Living for my Thursday 9:30am class!

Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am

at The Broad (4 spots open)

Thursday, 9:30-10:30am

at Lucid Living (5 spots open)

 --> Drop-in: $20 

(space-permitting)

--> 4-Class Package: $75

(the 4-Class Package is now usable for ANY 4 dates --consecutive or non-consecutive-- but you must reserve them ahead of time by emailing me. Once you've reserved the dates, they are held for you. If you miss/cancel, I cannot refund you, so please be certain you can attend on those dates!)

I’m excited to announce that I will now be teaching donation-based mediation EVERY Monday!

Mondays, 7:15-8pm at Lucid Living

There will be NO SIT on the following dates 2019:

11/4, or 12/30

>> OPEN TO ALL - no prior meditation experience required; props provided for comfortable sitting

>> Participants will need to complete a waiver and can do so here ahead of time or upon arrival

>> Donations (suggested amount $5-$20) will be accepted via Venmo, cash or check
