Meditation is a state of being. We practice by sitting down, getting quiet and learning how to harness and direct our attention, waking us up to the full experience of the life again and again. As a result, we begin to actually be IN life, experiencing it fully. Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.
Join me for a donation-based meditation practice every-other-Monday evening from 7-7:30pm. The practice will include 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes for guidance at the end of the sit.
Suggested donation range: $5-$20
Participants will need to complete a waiver and can do so here, in advance, or upon arrival.

- Your Ideal Day - this powerful exercise will help you leverage your creativity to imagine your ideal day. But it doesn't stop there - you'll learn how to take practical steps to implement your ideal day into YOUR present, every day.
