Don’t let anyone fool you: your path is not linear and it cannot be predicted or controlled.

When we create ideas or expectations about how it [life as a whole, including its many components] should go, we are automatically setting ourselves up to be in conflict with what it will be. And it shuts us down to what else is possible, wherever our path may be leading us.

Keep taking the steps, with an openness and a curiosity - learning as you go and taking that new understanding into the next step. 

Follow the moments, follow the movement of life, follow the path as it unfolds.

A Year of Intention is the result of my own process of reckoning with all that 2020 has given, taken away, and required of us. It is also my way of helping to grow a connected community of others who are exploring a space beyond what's "possible," who are in an inner work, who have the wish to go deeper, to wonder, and to view themselves and their lives with curiosity. This path can often feel lonely because others in our life don't understand it... but it doesn't have to feel that way!

Now, as we begin a new year, new decade, new era, new frontier, we have the opportunity of a lifetime to consider who we want to be and how we want to experience our lives. We have the hopeful possibility of moving into a more whole, more conscious and connected way of living. We can make meaningful and intentional choices about the lives we want to have and that feel more aligned with what we truly value.

This 30-minute guided sit will offer you the opportunity to drop in to the direct experience of the moment, to rest and replenish your nervous system, and to grow awareness of the inner and outer life.
